PTO Meeting

In addition to reviewing our upcoming Christmas events, we will focus our discussion on our annual dinner dance scheduled for February, 8th, 2025. Please save this date for this very important fundraising event which is open to all families and friends of the Academy. There will be many opportunities to help with the dance but one of the many areas we will focus our discussion on is donation items that are needed for our raffle tickets and baskets that we make to raise funds for the Academy.

We have attached a donation letter with additional information. This letter can be shared with local businesses, if you know of someone who you think would like to offer a donation. We understand that asking for donations can be hard; there are many organizations that also take requests online (ie: submitted for tickets to Longwood Gardens online and we were mailed 2 tickets for general admission). If an item cannot be donated, please help us keep an eye out on Black Friday deals on tickets, memberships, electronics, we may be able to purchase the item as well if needed. We are looking for hot ticket items that will help us sell raffles and make money. All ideas and feedback are both encouraged and welcomed.
